We were initially founded as Verve Consulting in 2008 trading as Balanced Scorecard Eastern Africa to reflect the nature of our business. Balanced Scorecard Eastern Africa was later registered as a limited entity in 2014. Our affiliation with the Balanced Scorecard Institute (U.S.A), Stacey Barr Pty Ltd (Australia) and QPR Software Plc. (Finland) gives us access to the best available consulting, training and technology resources. This enables us to integrate and institutionalise strategic planning, performance management and performance measurement systems in our client organisations. It also gives us access to a global network that enhances best practice, learnings and sharing, as well as opportunities to deliver services across the continent. Since our founding in 2008, we have worked for companies, government departments and not-for profit organisations of different sizes, providing training and consulting on the development and implementation of strategy and performance management system using different methodologies including the balanced scorecard framework.
